GOLF INSTRUCTION AND FLEXIBILITY PROGRAMS WITH ROGER FREDERICKS:

Golf Instruction – At last understand exactly what is going on in your golf swing with our State of the Art Digital Video Analysis. Roger Fredericks and his staff of Teaching Professionals know that it is impossible to give a truly accurate lesson with the naked eye. By seeing how good your swing is becoming on our state of the art digital video equipment, you'll develop a confidence in your swing that will only enhance your learning process.
Cost…$175 per hour

Golf Swing Analysis and Flexibility Program – Roger will analyze your golf swing on his state of the art digital video equipment at the driving range and explain golf's “true” physiological fundamentals to you. After some hands on work on your swing, Roger will take you into La Costa's state of the art Athletic Club and run you through some revealing flexibility tests, which will explain exactly WHY you do WHAT you do in your golf swing. Roger will then put you on a custom tailored flexibility program based on your individual needs. You will receive a take home flexibility menu and a COMPLETE understanding of your golf swing. The program takes approximately 2 ½ hours.

Golf Flexibility Program – Roger will analyze your body and prescribe a Golf Specific Flexibility, Conditioning, or Strength Program for you, complete with a take home Flexibility menu of your exercises.

GOLF INSTRUCTION SCHOOLS WITH ROGER FREDERICKS:

Half Day School With Round of Golf – This session includes the Golf Swing Analysis and Flexibility Program as described above and gives you an opportunity to experience what you've just learned out on the course with an afternoon of golf on one of La Costa's world class golf courses.

One Day School With On Course Play Lesson – Start off in the morning with Roger's Golf Swing Analysis and Flexibility Program as described above. After a short break for lunch, you will be joined by a teaching professional and taken out on the course for a 9-hole play lesson, where you'll receive video taped instruction. The vast majority of golfers tend to hit the ball good on the range, but just can't seem to “take it to the course”. This way, you'll discover what your tendencies are and be able to move towards their correction. After your playing lesson, you'll come back inside to review your “On Course” Swing versus your “ Driving Range ” Swing and you'll better understand WHY you do WHAT you do and we'll provide you with the tools to make the necessary adjustments to play better golf.

Two Day School –

Day One – Start the day with Roger's Golf Swing Analysis and Flexibility Program with the same curriculum as the One Day School with your choice of On Course Play Lesson or Strength Training Session.

Day Two – Roger and his Teaching Professionals will continue their instruction with the Short Game. Learn the true fundamentals of pitching, chipping, putting and other specialty shots. You'll end your two days of instruction with a final analysis and an optional Round of Golf at La Costa.

GOLF INSTRUCTION SCHOOLS:

HALF DAY SCHOOL with Optional Round of Golf – This session includes 3 Hours of Video Taped Golf Instruction focusing on the Full Swing at La Costa’s World Class Practice Center. Students will receive a take home manual. 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

FULL DAY SCHOOL with On Course Playing Lesson – Start off in the morning with the half day school from 9:00am - 12:00pm. In the early afternoon, you’ll receive 2 hours of short game instruction concentrating on Wedge Play, Chipping, and Putting at La Costa’s short game practice area. After your short game lesson, you’ll go out on the course and receive a 9 hole playing lesson alongside your teaching professional. You’ll now receive first hand instruction on how to “take your new swing – to the course”. Students receive a take home video tape of their lesson and take home manual.

TWO DAY SCHOOL– The first day of this program is the same as the Full Day School. The next morning, you’ll have 3 hours of review with your instructor perfecting the fundamentals that you worked on the first day. After a break, you’ll go out on the course for a round of golf at one of La Costa’s Resort’s world championship golf courses. Students receive a take home CD of their lessons and take home manual
